Gare TGV Lyon Saint Exupery
The decision to build a new TVG train station was made in 1987 but its only in 1989 that the project designed by Santiago Calatrava was finally selected. The fact that this bird ready to take off was a strong image for the Rhone-Alpes country was one of the criteria that lead to that decision.
