Voraces courtyard
One of the famous "traboules" allows you to go from the 9 of the Colbert Square to the 14 bis of the Saint Sébastien street or to the 29 of the Imbert Colomès. It allows you to admire the Voraces courtyard. It was a shelter for the canuts (a silk worker) druing the 1831,1834 and 1848 revolts. The inhabitants of the Voraces courtyard also protested in 1840 when the tavern keepers tried to reduce the volume of the wine bottles.
